Infant Tested Positive For Polio
LANDIKOTAL: A one-year-old girl in kam Shalman area of landikotal tehsil was tested positive for polio,health officials said on Saturday.
Dr Sher Amin, communication officer for polio programme in Khyber agency,told The News by phone that after the required medical tests in Islamabad, they declared Rimla Bibi to be polio infected.

Target Killer Arrested
PESHAWAR: The special operation unit of the Peshawar police on Saturday arrested an alleged target killer wanted for the murder of a cop.
A press release said that Abbas alias Danial Hailing from Mardan was arrested during a raid near the motorway. He was wanted by the polic for killing Head Constable Shoaib.
